On February 6, 2010, we participated in the annual Report to State Parade.  This parade includes Scout units from around the state of Texas.  Everyone lines up on the Congress Avenue bridge, and at 9:00am (or somewhere around there) the parade starts and everyone marches north on Congress to the State Capitol building.

Mr. Sands and a couple of scouts arrived early to get a good place in line, as we were using Mr. Sands' truck and trailer for the parade.  Mr. Sands also provided breakfast tacos for all of us, which was nice because it was rather cold that morning.
